You may cancel a booking free of charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee as set by the individual business. The business's cancellation policy is displayed on their profile before you book.
If a business cancels your booking, you are entitled to a full refund. We will process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you do not attend your appointment without cancelling, the booking may be marked as a no-show by the business. No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed with the business.
Log into your Bookora account, go to My Bookings, and select Cancel on the relevant booking. You can also contact the business directly for urgent changes.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a dispute with a business, contact us at support@bookora.co.uk and we will investigate and mediate where appropriate.
