I contacted Greta just one week before my children’s special event and didn’t expect her to be able to fit me in at such short notice. However, she responded very quickly, was incredibly accommodating, and arranged an early appointment so I would be ready in plenty of time. From the moment I arrived, Greta was warm, welcoming, and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She listened carefully to what I wanted and executed everything exactly as I had described. I recently had an eyelash lamination and brow treatment done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming. The technician was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain each step of the process and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The eyelash lamination gave my natural lashes a beautiful lift and curl, making them look longer, fuller, and perfectly shaped without needing mascara. The results look so natural yet noticeably enhanced — I’ve received so many compliments already!
