Very disappointing experience. After only three days, the polish started chipping at the tips of my nails. The nails were not filed properly, and the cuticles were not cleaned up carefully. For the price I paid, this quality is unacceptable. I will not return and cannot recommend this salon!!!

You really need to check whom you are booking to do a treatment - easy search on Treatwell will show which person got the most positive reviews. So double check before booking. Other than that, it is a more expensive place than others comparing with the ones located in the outskirts of the city, yet service is lovely and they do offer you coffee.

This was the worst manicure experience I’ve had. The technician was rough, seemed to be in a rush, and appeared inexperienced. While that might be understandable for a beginner, the service cost €44, which felt too high for the quality received. During gel removal, part of my natural nail was also removed, causing pain. The skin around my nails was also damaged. Even after I mentioned the pain, the technician continued working without much care. The final result looked messy, and the gel started peeling the next day. The salon did offer a discount and to redo the nails, which I appreciated, but the damage to my nails and skin will take time to heal. For this price, the quality of service was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place—especially if you care about the health of your nails and are looking for a truly professional experience. If you do decide to go, I would strongly suggest carefully reading reviews about the individual technicians first.

Absolutely Amazing! I walked in and asked if they had any availability and the front desk receptionist fit me into their busy Sunday schedule without hesitation. I decided to add a full wax to my service and Greta was soo gentle! Never have I ever felt more comfortable to the point where I was falling asleep while getting a wax! Thanks u all for such a great experience! I will surely be back!
