Bookora Field-Agent Programme — Terms & Conditions

Operator: Mando Systems Ltd (“Bookora”, “we”, “us”) · Company No. 17168657 · Last updated 2 July 2026

These terms govern participation in the Bookora Field-Agent Programme. By applying to become an agent, and by using the agent portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the programme.

1. Independent status — no employment

You take part as an independent, self-employed affiliate. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. You are not entitled to wages, salary, holiday pay, pension or any employee benefit. You control your own hours and methods, and you are responsible for your own conduct and costs.

2. Becoming an agent

Agent applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion. We may decline or revoke any application without giving reasons. On approval you receive a personal referral code and access to the agent portal.

3. What you may do

You may introduce eligible UK beauty and appointment-based businesses (for example barbers, hairdressers, salons, nail, massage and tattoo studios) to Bookora, using your referral code, referral link or the in-portal sign-up tool. You must always be honest about who you are, what Bookora is, and what the business is agreeing to.

4. Commission — what you earn

Subject to these terms, for each business validly attributed to you:

Commission is credited to your portal balance and recorded in your ledger. All figures are in GBP.

5. “Lifetime” commission — what it means

Commission continues for the life of the shop's relationship with Bookora — there is no fixed 12-month cap and no automatic expiry — provided that all of the following remain true:

“Lifetime” therefore means for as long as the shop stays and you remain in good standing — it is not an unconditional guarantee of payment in perpetuity.

6. Attribution and disputes

The first agent to validly introduce a business is credited with that business. Attribution is one-time and, once set, is not transferred between agents. We may, acting reasonably, correct or reverse attribution where an introduction was fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, made without the owner's genuine consent, or where the business was already known to Bookora. Our decision on attribution and commission disputes is final.

7. Fraud, abuse and prohibited conduct

The following will void the relevant commission and may lead to suspension or removal:

We may withhold, reverse or reclaim commission arising from such conduct.

8. Payouts

9. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

If a booking is refunded or cancelled, or a subscription payment is reversed or charged back, the related commission may be reversed and deducted from your balance.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation, and/or withhold pending commission, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraud or harmful conduct. You may leave the programme at any time. On termination for cause, unpaid commission tied to the breach may be forfeited.

11. Tax

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, National Insurance, VAT or other taxes due on your commission. Bookora does not deduct tax at source and is not your tax agent.

12. Data protection

You must handle any personal data of business owners or customers lawfully and only for the purpose of introducing them to Bookora. You must not retain, sell or misuse that data. Bookora is the controller of data held on its platform. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the programme

We may change these terms, the commission rates or the structure of the programme by giving reasonable notice (for example by posting an updated version in the agent portal or by email). Changes are not retrospective for commission already earned. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bookora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of anticipated commission where a business leaves, is refunded, or attribution is validly reversed. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
